As the only boarding school in the group, Royal High School offers homely and stylish, modern living for girls in Years 7-11 and in the separate Sixth Form boarding house. Flexible boarding options are also available to suit each individual. Students are encouraged to be brave, resilient, independent thinkers; developing new skills whilst being supported by our welcoming community.

Sixth Form students can choose either A Level or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme as their pathway to university – the only school in Bath to offer both pathways. Students consistently achieve excellent grades and access to their first-choice university in the UK and overseas. IB students regularly achieve well above the global average and in 2023, we achieved an average point score per student of 37.4 (6 points higher than the global average).
