The delicious dishes that will be served in Royal Victoria Park have been announced!

From 17-19 June, Pub in the Park will transform Royal Victoria Park into a food-lovers haven serving a selection of incredible dishes created by some of the most talented chefs in the UK.  

The star line-up of pubs and restaurants include The Hand & Flowers founded by Tom Kerridge, Atul Kochhar’s Restaurants, Steve Horrell’s Roth Bar & Grill, Owen Morgan’s Bar 44, The Hardwick from Marco Pierre White protégé Stephen Terry, The Churchill Arms from esteemed chef and Marcus Wearing protégé Nick Deverell-Smith, plus Andrew Pern’s The Star Inn and Afghan barbeque sensation, Cue Point from Josh Moroney and Mursal Saiq.

Tom Kerridge’s The Hand & Flowers will be offering a lush menu featuring his twist on a classic burger, an indulgent crispy ham hock mac and cheese and traditional British Steak & Ale pie served with horseradish creamed spinach and malt vinegar gravy; Atul Kochhar will return with his best-selling Murgh Tikka Masala Pie - Tikka Masala, Mash, Berry Chutney alongside a new, exclusive dish ‘Malabar Meen Kari’, a spiced fish curry with tomato & coconut plus Stephen Terry’s The Hardwick will be treating guests to his unforgettable fried corned beef hash, skinny fries, pickled Jalapeno peppers and nacho cheese sauce.

Slow cooked meat takes centre stage with Cue Point who joined the Pub in the Park family last year returning due to popular demand with their incredible 16-hour Oak Smoked Brisket Naco alongside Roth Bar & Grill’s indulgent Somerset Wagyu Ruben Durslade, Ogleshield, Dorset pickled cucumbers, secret sauce and brioche bun.

 

The Star Inn will be returning with their hit signature favourite the ‘Spiced K.F.P’ AKA Kentucky Fried Pheasant, Siracha slaw, Henderson’s hot wing sauce and toasted sesame.

Bourbon whiskey brand, Buffalo Trace has teamed up with James Knappett’s The Cadogan Arms to serve up dishes that pair perfectly with their drink menu including gorgeous Crispy Boneless Cornish Lamb Ribs with anchovy & sorrel yoghurt and buttermilk fried chicken, blue cheese sauce and Bubbledog’s hot sauce!

If meat isn’t your thing, then the eateries not- be to-be-missed include The Churchill Arms with their lentil, chickpea and butternut squash dhal, and Roth Bar & Grill Macha Do About Cabbage, brined & charred hispi cabbage, salsa macha, whipped Homewood ewes curd.

Stunning seafood dishes also feature on the menus including The Churchill Arms’ gorgeous Churchill Lobster Arancini and Bar 44 who will be bringing the Spanish sunshine vibes in the form of 'Arroz Mariscos' shellfish bisque braised bomba rice, queen scallop, wild red prawn, crab and sherry alioli.

The Bath menu has been unveiled as part of Pub in the Park’s PUB 150. An incredible menu of 150 dishes that will be served by 39 award-winning pubs and restaurants across the Pub in the Park 2022 tour – making it the largest collection of dishes to be served at any festival in the UK this summer!

The music line-up is better than ever with showstopping performances from iconic music acts including Melanie C, Faithless FJ set, Natalie Imbruglia, The Sugar Hill Gang ft Grand Master Melle Mel, The Furious 5 and Scorpio, Supergrass, The Brand New Heavies and more.

Across the weekend, celebrity chefs Tom Kerridge, Andi Oliver and Sunday Brunch presenter and chef Simon Rimmer will be hosting the festival in Bath.
