Always Free, Always Live, Always Awesome! 

We are Electric

Komedia Bath is excited to announce a programme of FREE live music events that will take place in its newly refurbished Electric Bar.

This series of events will take place on various Friday and Sunday afternoons from 2pm-4pm and offer a chance to discover awesome live music - ranging from jazz and blues to folk and pop. The Electric Bar at Komedia offers a relaxed, trendy environment to enjoy homemade pizzas & street food favourites, alongside a fully stocked bar with local beers, cocktails and everything in-between. Now, with the addition of live music, there really is no better place to spend a lazy afternoon in the centre of Bath…

Sunday 7 April:

Flo Parker Bombosch (2-4pm) 

Flo is a Somerset-based singer/songwriter, coming from punk rock college bands and father-daughter folk harmony-focused duets. She now makes folk-indie-rock-something music, influenced by the likes of Death Cab For Cutie and The Frames.

Sunday 14 April:

Copper Creek (2-4pm) 

A 5-piece multi-instrument band, they offer sublime vocal harmonies, guitar, mandolin, banjo, bass, fiddle, kick drum, whistles and more, creating a wonderful blend of home-spun Americana with a thumping Celtic heart.

Sunday 21 April:

Henry Ayling (2-4pm) 

Henry Ayling is a Bristol-based singer-songwriter, who plays fingerstyle acoustic guitar. Playing and singing his own songs as well as including the occasional cover and traditional ballad, Henry is known for his masterful fingerpicking, his soulful voice, and his original folky style.

Sunday 28 April:

Mickelson (2-4pm) 

Scott Mickelson is an artist/producer from San Francisco. His debut release Flickering was on the Grammy ballot for Best Folk Album and Best Roots Music Performance. His follow up full-length A Wondrous Life received great reviews in the US and abroad which led to his first European tour in 2019. He then produced the critically acclaimed Blanket The Homeless benefit compilation which included Grammy winner Fantastic Negrito. In 2020, Mickelson released Drowning In An Inflatable Pool to rave reviews in the U.S. and Europe.
