The self catering cottages available for your stay have been converted from an old Tythe Barn which has had many purposes in the past including stables and cider production as the orchard at the front of the cottages was a cider apple orchard. Each cottage has taken its name from an original field on the farm, many of which have now been taken over by the golf course.
The varying sizes of the Cottages makes us the ideal location for any type of break from a quiet couples retreat, a golfing break, or a large family reunion.
2 x 1 Bedroom Cottages, 5 x 2 Bedroom Cottages and 2 newly open large 5 Bedroom Cottages mean we have capacity for up to 44 people but still keeping the intimacy of a quiet country location.
Each cottage offers many features which will make your stay that extra bit more comfortable with en-suite rooms in all cottages, flat screen TV’s in all Bedrooms and Living Areas and High Speed Wifi connection across the entire site. With short breaks available from a minimum of 2 nights we have flexibility to accommodate our guests at various times of the week.
Around the area there are many attractions and things to do in Bradford on Avon, the Historic City of Bath and the surrounding area for all. Plenty of National Trusts properties and walking routes for those who enjoy the outdoors and a number of family attractions as well.
Some examples include – Wookey Hole Caves, which are caves formed in the limestone hills in the village of Wookey Hole. Cheddar Gorge and Caves – A stunning gorge with near vertical cliffs with a labyrinth of underground caves and tunnels. Bristol Zoo – Located about 40 minutes away, provides a fun packed day for all the family.
With Cumberwell Park Golf Club onsite we also have the ability to cater for your golf Breaks with accommodation in the Cottages and Golf and Catering at the Golf Club.
