Chapel Arts Centre reopens with covid compliant gigs

We will be re-opening on 17th May with our Covid compliant measures, social distancing, masks worn whilst moving around the venue (not required whilst seated).  These measures will be in place until at least 21st June, if not longer...

Doors for all Covid compliant events are 7.00 p.m.

Performances will start between 7.30 p.m. – 7.45 p.m. (depending on how full the venue is, since table service takes longer), and our interval might be extended to accommodate this.

In accordance with government guidelines: Public attendance at indoor events is permitted with reduced capacity (48 in our case) and drinks will be served via table service until 10.00 p.m. but the performance can carry on until the normal time, in our case 10.30 p.m. with 1 meter distancing between tables.

All events are seated Cabaret with round Café style tables. 2 customers per table, unless pre-booked in advance, up to a maximum of 6 customers seated together who are in a bubble – as per government guidelines (only one area can accommodate this), plus some tables can be set up to accommodate parties of 4. If you haven't booked these tickets under one booking reference, please call or email me in advance on info@chapelarts.org / 01225 461700

Good ventilation.

Track & Trace information collected from the ticket booker, but everybody who comes to an event at Chapel Arts will need to either give their name/phone number or email or scan the NHS Covid QR Code if they have the App on their phones. It is located in the foyer.

Tickets on sale (advance only) on www.chapelarts.org - Minimum 2 tickets per booking.

If you are not familiar with the Covid measures in our venue, please read the information below:

Government rules defining support bubble eligibility.  Please read this link to see the rules before booking tickets.  By booking tickets you are confirming that you have read the government guidance and that everyone you are booking tickets for is in your household or support bubble. This means you will be seated together on a table (max 6).

Customers who book separately but are in a support bubble with other customers who have booked tickets to the same show, will be required to email/phone in advance if they wish to be seated together, this is very limited, so please let me know asap.
