Vegan heaven in the centre of Bath
Cascara is a fully vegan cafe in the heart of Bath. Established in 2018, we have gone from strength to strength despite the pandemic! We are popular with locals and tourists alike, and have built up a great, loyal customer base over the last 4 years. We are conveniently located on Upper Borough Walls, just a stones throw from the Bath Abbey and The Roman Baths.
We offer specialty coffees, loose leaf tea, decadent hot chocolates, superlattes like matcha and turmeric, a wide range of fresh juices and smoothies. We also offer a full menu, pleasing vegans and non vegans alike, with options such as Chickpea Melt (our twist on a tuna melt), Smoked 'Salmon' on Toast (using carrot as the hero ingredient), Tofu Scramble Wrap, Salad Plates and much more. We have a wide range of freshly baked cakes (made themselves and from select local suppliers), with many gluten free options.
We can also cater corporate events, meetings and special occasions.
We work with some amazing local suppliers. Our coffee is from Bristol's Extract Coffee Roasters, Tea is from The Teahouse Emporium and our fresh fruit and veg is supplied by Larkhall Farm Shop.
We have ample seating, arranged over 3 floors (it's a bit of a Tardis!) with 40 covers in total. We also offer our full menu to take-away.
Our friendly team aims to make your visit a memorable one. We see our customers as more as friends, and enjoy making them feel relaxed and happy whilst sitting and chatting with us.
We are currently open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sundays. Tuesday - Saturdays we are open 8am-4:30pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Our kitchen closes at 3pm.
